i had a pleasant experience at comfort inn during my stay in the city. the beds were super comfy and the breakfast offered enough choices to start my day. for the price, it exceeded my expectations, and i might stay again!

Check-in felt like a crawl as multiple guests took over thirty minutes to get through due to issues with rooms and long lines. The smell of stale cigarettes in the hallways lingered throughout the stay, and the cleanliness was questionable. findings like black mold in bathrooms and dirty laundry from previous guests made for an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the bathrooms had low shower pressure and frayed towels, leaving much to be desired.

The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, promptly cleaning our room and providing fresh towels daily.

The carpeting in the hallway definitely needs updating and gives the hotel an outdated feel.

The hotel staff were genuinely helpful, providing maps and local insights. Breakfast featured fresh pastries and a solid selection of coffee. However, the second floor can be challenging to reach without an elevator, and I found the hallway's narrow passage a bit awkward when handling luggage.

Free Wi-Fi worked well for streaming. The laundry area was convenient but lacking in cleanliness.

Conveniently located for festival-goers, the room was clean with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. A significant downside was the loud foghorn noise from the fan when turned off, and the unfortunate lack of available rooms for guests arriving late, causing considerable distress. While the service was lacking during a busy check-in time, the available snacks were a nice touch to keep us fueled for the event.

Pleasant overnight stay with room for improvement

I had a pretty nice overnight stay. my room and bathroom were clean and well-organized, without any unpleasant odors. The only downside was the old fridge that struggled to keep my groceries fresh, and the carpeting in the hallway could use some updating. The complimentary breakfast was decent and the internet worked flawlessly, allowing me to stream a movie without any issues.

We enjoyed our stay with the kids and my nephew, especially exploring nearby shops. The kids loved the breakfast options, which was a pleasant surprise given the usual fare at family hotels.

In my wife's opinion, a play area for kids would enhance the family-friendly vibe.
